Project: Contemporary Extension

Modern single storey extension to an existing Victorian property located in North London. The clients were looking to maximize the ground floor space to create a large family room with feature wall. The extension was constructed with a fibre glass flat roof membrane with a canopy overhang containing low level external down lighters.

The exterior is finished with full width aluminum sliding doors allowing for the maximum glazed area out to the beautiful landscaped garden.
